The parking ticket is dated and only valid on the selected day of visit (subsequent exchange and refund excluded).
Guests with the "aG" or "BI" mark on their severely disabled ID card can obtain a free parking ticket from the information desk at the main entrance.
As the owner of the ticket, you can use the Europa-Park car park for one vehicle. This ticket does not allow you to use the ‘Reserved Parking’ car park at the main entrance. Please do not take a parking ticket at the ticket machines, the barcode of this ticket contains all information for the entry and exit.
Note:
When purchasing your ticket, you can enter your vehicle numberplate for faster entry and exit and automatic barrier opening. If your numberplate cannot be recognised, if you are travelling in a different vehicle or if you have not entered a numberplate, simply scan your ticket as usual. Your parking ticket already contains all the information for entry and exit.
It is not possible to change the vehicle numberplate after you have purchased this ticket. If you arrive with a different numberplate, please have the QR code of this ticket ready and hold the QR code up to the scanner at the barrier. Your ticket contains all the information for entry and exit.
In the car park, the rules and signs of the Highway Code (StVO) apply. In order to ensure trouble-free traffic, the instructions of our staff in the parking lots must be strictly followed. Park your vehicle only within the designated parking area. If you do not park your vehicle properly and the traffic is obstructed, Europa-Park may be forced to tow your vehicle. The costs of this are borne by the vehicle owner. Further information can be found in the parking regulations of Europa-Park.
