Voucher ticket details
You will instantly receive your voucher ticket once you have completed your purchase. Your voucher ticket is therefore available digitally, as well as printed out.

When you buy the ticket it will be undated and therefore not yet activated for a visit. To select a date and activate your voucher ticket, click on the section 'activate voucher ticket' (depending on availability). Following the successful online activation, you can use the voucher ticket for your visit.
If the activated voucher ticket is not used, it loses its validity. Changing to a different date is not possible.
The statutory limitation period applies. Voucher ticket is valid for three full years from purchase. Can be redeemed without additional charges for visits until 18.01.2026. When redeemed later, an additional charge may apply. Any remaining value will not be paid out.
Information on ticket prices:
Toddlers up to and including 3 years of age receive free admission to the Europa-Park (No ticket required)
Persons with disabilities receive a discounted special rate for this ticket. (Disability ID must be presented when entering the park)
Birthday children do not have to buy a date-specific ticket - free entrance is guaranteed on the birthday (up to and including 12 years old when presenting a valid passport)
