General information on converting tickets for your visit to the Europa-Park Resort
1) Non-dated tickets that have already been purchased (incl. free tickets, complimentary tickets and voucher tickets) must be dated online before visiting Europa-Park.
2) A customer account is required to convert a ticket. Please log in to the ticket shop using your MackOne account, or create an account.
3) If you have purchased your tickets through one of our pre-sale partners, it may not be possible to convert them until 24 hours after purchase.
4) For each ticket, the number of the barcode or QR code must be entered individually and in full. Example: CEZ91100683251 and CEZ41100683252. Where required, the ticket number must be entered with full stops. Example: EPG.002458dfe21578798
5) Please do not click ‘back’ after selecting the visit date. Doing so will cause your tickets to be blocked for around 20 minutes, and the conversion can only take place again after this time has elapsed. This is also the case if the Internet connection is briefly (unobtrusively) interrupted.
6) When your tickets are converted, a surcharge may apply if the newly applicable admission price is higher than the purchase price of the tickets.
7) The original tickets are required to be admitted on-site. When converting tickets, no new tickets will be sent, you will only receive confirmation of the conversion. Both documents must be kept until you leave Europa-Park.
8) The purchase of new tickets and the conversion of existing tickets cannot be done in the same process.
9) Tickets cannot be exchanged or returned.
10) Date-specific tickets cannot be changed.

Additional information for overnight guests of the Europa-Park Resort
In order to enter Europa-Park via the hotel guest entrance, please present your dated tickets at the hotel reception after converting them as described above.
If you are staying at the Camp Resort or Europa-Park campsite, you must also present the dated tickets at the main entrance of Europa-Park (opening times depend on the season).
Tickets cannot be used as a means of payment at reception.
Parking spaces, which are included for the duration of your stay, can be found in front of every hotel and at the Camp Resort.
The luggage storage and the car park of your hotel can be used free of charge on the day of your arrival and departure.
You can use some of the attractions at Europa-Park from 8.30am. In the summer season and during Halloween, all attractions are open to all visitors of Europa-Park from 9am. During HALLOWinter and the winter season, Europa-Park opens at 10am for hotel guests and at 11am for all visitors.
